Dr. Terry Alan Hayes is a licensed Psychologist and Health Service Provider in the state of Massachusetts.  This designates him as a qualified provider of mental health services.  He specializes in treating children, adolescents, and families, and is also qualified for treating adults.

As a licensed Psychologist, Dr. Hayes can bill any insurance company for his services, whether diagnostic or treatment.  This means that any general policy or plan, particularly an indemnity plan, will accept claims for services from Dr. Hayes.  Check with your insurer for details.  The subscriber has to authorize Dr. Hayes to bill their health care company and receive payments directly.

• Blue Cross, Blue Shield - including HMO Blue & Federal
  
• Tufts - including Tufts HMO
• Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MassHealth PCC plan for kids)

• Neighborhood Health Plan
• Medicare - with secondary, or as part of a Medicare Advantage program that Dr. Hayes is a network provider in.

We do NOT accept, or are not network providers, in:

• MassHealth - Standard or EAEDC
• Fallon Community Health Plan
• Boston Medical Center Plan
